Tobias Lauinger, Diplom-Kaufmann, founder and partner, is a graduate of the University of Mannheim and can look back on a very international career path with work placements in Australia, Africa and Asia while having successfully managed projects in Germany, Switzerland and France after having completed his studies in business management with a focus on international marketing management and corporate governance. Mr. Lauinger has gathered excellent expertise in implementation and management in four DAX companies as well as rapidly growing medium-sized companies on their way to growth, expansion and success. The marketing expert successfully led operations of one of the world's most important sales areas of a reputable manufacturer in the premium luxury car segment. His competence can look back at a plethora of accomplishments in all areas of Sales and Corporate Management in large corporations and medium-sized companies throughout Germany.

The world renowned "Change Management" expert developed various customized management training seminars in conjunction with the Tobias Lauinger Consulting Group.
